Scott Fenton, M.S. in Organization Development, is a currently a Talent Development Consultant in automotive R&D. A 23 year veteran, 19 years in automotive plus several years in other industries, Scott has led the development, implementation, and improvement of employee rotation systems for career development, suggestion & reward systems, 360° feedback development systems, and train-the trainer certification process. He has also been a facilitator for succession planning process and meetings, and annual executive off-site planning workshops.
He has designed curriculum and courses, and trained multiple new hire, business skills, and leadership courses. Toyota trainer certifications include:
