Deborah Magee

Deborah Magee received her MATD Master’s Degree in Training and Organization Development from Oakland University and Bachelor’s Degree in Social Psychology with Certificate in Women’s Studies from Florida Atlantic University. She is currently a Talent Development Senior Analyst and Consultant working in automotive R&D. Deborah has 20 years’ experience in automotive industry including R&D, Manufacturing, & Automotive Supplier Organizations. She also has experience in Social Services, State Government, and Non-Profit Sector as a Volunteer. Deborah is passionate about inspiring and enabling self driven learning organizations. She is particularly interested in organizational development and culture change management. Developing and sustaining an engaged, innovative, and productive workforce by applying whole systems approaches that engage all affected organizational stakeholders.
