Pamela Szuber

Pamela Szuber received her Masters in Training and Organization Development, as well as her Bachelor Degree, from Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan. Additionally, Pamela earned a training certificate in Mediation from Oakland County, Michigan. She spent 30 years in the automotive industry and retired in 2016. During those 30 years Pamela had the opportunity to experience several departments; from IT to Customer Relations. Being a manager in these various areas provided her the perspective to appreciate the criticality of teamwork. Although her passion is Customer Relations and Satisfaction, other areas of interest include corporate culture change, leadership, and employee engagement.
