Nancy Snyder
Nancy A. Snyder received her BGS through the University of Michigan-Dearborn with a focus on communication, education and instructional design. Nancy went on to for her Master’s in Training and Organizational Development through Oakland University. In 2012, Nancy participated in Walden University’s online Instructional Design and Technologies certification program to further enhance her research and statistical skills. Nancy maintained Suma Cum Laude status throughout her educational experiences.
In 2004, Nancy co-published a research article for the Organizational Development Journal with Dr. Constantine Kontegorhes, PhD. In addition, she has been awarded several project excellence awards for her contributions.
As a former Training Supervisor for a leading health care company and an independent consultant with a new start -up business, Nancy has played an active role designing, developing, implementing and evaluating training programs for clinical, non-clinical personnel as well as a myriad of other workforce disciplines. She has also participated in re-engineering studies for General Motors, Mercedez-Benz and Ford Motor Company.
