Io Papadopoulou

Io Papadopoulou Christou earned her MBA from CIIM (Cyprus International Institute of Management), holds two undergraduate degrees, a Bachelor of Science (Summa cum Laude) in International Hospitality Management from ICHA (Switzerland) and UMASS, and a Bachelor of Science (Hon) in Financial Services from UMIST. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB).

During her 19-year career in the Banking Sector, she had been privileged to apply her extensive knowledge, skills and zeal in fields such as leadership development, business growth, team building, and customer orientation strategies. She had also played a dynamic and enthusiastic part in assessing, coaching and fostering associates. Io’s consulting expertise is mainly derived from the private sector, on domains pertaining to emotional intelligence and its impact on organizational performance. She is proficient in the interviews, employee satisfaction and engagement surveys’ arena. Io is a prolific and passionate writer, recognized for her resourceful expression and perceptive interpretation of unprocessed data.
